How to Order / Delivery Info

Making a purchase order could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, if you are paying by cheque or postal order, print the page off, enclose your payment, made payable to "Allsorts of parties", and post to us at the following address: 44 High Street, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 1TR

We accept credit and debit card payments via Paypal or Google Checkout.

You do not need an account with them.

If you would like to pay by Paypal, after finishing your selection, click on "Checkout via PayPal" and you will be taken to our Paypal checkout page where you can pay using credit or debit cards or with your Paypal account.

If you would like to pay by Google Checkout, after finishing your selection, click on "Checkout Via Google" and you will be taken to our Google checkout page where you can pay using credit or debit cards or with your Google account.

Delivery times and charges

Important Shipping Info to Remember

Other than "Next Day Delivery" When calculating shipping times do not count the processing day, weekends, or holidays. Shipping times start the day after the processing day.

Next day delivery is not available on weekends (unless you select Saturday delivery) or bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.

In the unlikely event that an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email. We understand that fast delivery of your party supply products is very important to you and your child, therefore if we are unable to reach you, we may ship your order as is and refund you for the cost of the out of stock items.

To prevent a delay in your order please ensure that the "ship to:" address on your order is listed with your credit card company as an alternate or one time shipping address for verification.

Returns

In the unlikely event a part of your order is damaged or faulty please return the item for a refund or exchange.

Please pack items carefully and return them to the address above. (We will pay return postage for damaged or faulty items only)

Unwanted items can be returned to us within 7 days from delivery, unopened, unused, in there original packaging and in their original sellable condition, buyer pays return postage.

There is a £3 or 10% (whichever is greater) restocking fee for non-faulty returns.
